Poetry Publication Call for Poetry and Cover Art from Librarians – Submit Now!

Rattle is a publication of the Rattle Foundation, an independent 501-c3 non-profit organization whose mission is to promote the practice of poetry.

As described on their site, “every issue of Rattle includes a special tribute to some social, vocational, or stylistic group.” The coming Spring 2022 edition will feature Librarians as that special vocational tribute. The submission deadline is November 1, 2021.

#75 – Spring 2022 – Librarians

Poetry: Our Spring 2022 issue will feature a Tribute to Librarians. The poems may be any subject, style, or length, but must written by poets who have worked as librarians for a significant portion of their lives. Our intention is to highlight the important role librarians play in literature and to highlight to poetic work librarians are producing, regardless of topic. Please be sure to select the Tribute to Librarians category.

Artwork: We still need cover art for this issue and would like to use work by a librarian, if possible. To submit something relevant to the theme, use the artwork category on Submittable.

Deadline: November 1, 2021
