Committees
An organized exchange of ideas
Our committees steer and administer the work of the TCLC. We elect a President, Vice President (President-Elect), Secretary, Treasurer, and an Executive Committee composed of representative institutions. We have active standing committees that work in concert with our interest groups and Continuing Education Council.
Committee participation is open to staff of TCLC-member libraries. At the start of each academic year, a participation survey is sent to registered staff members to sign up for committee and interest group activities. Contact the TCLC Coordinator for more information about participation.

Committees
Bylaws | Receives suggestions for amendments to Bylaws and Procedures Manual and recommends changes to the Board of Directors |
Education Development | Provides educational opportunities and workshops for staff of all levels by planning programs and workshops, trips, and staff visitation |
Finance | Monitors the finances of TCLC, participates with budget planning, and reports to the Executive Committee |
Grants | Investigates possible sources of grants and other monies for funding TCLC activities and updates Vendor Discount Program |
Program | Plans the annual spring program for the entire TCLC membership |
Membership & Media | Develops and implements ways to promote TCLC and attract new library members including the TCLC website, Facebook, and other social media |
Social | Plans social events and outings throughout the year for the cooperative |
