“In every library role that I have occupied, TCLC has supported my personal and professional growth through great programming and valuable networking opportunities.  From my starting days as a newly-minted academic Reference Librarian on through my current role as Director, I have benefitted from the ability to learn about and discuss new ideas and best practices within the profession. The interest groups, Annual Programming, and Summer Camp provide the high-quality content of national events in a package that is truly affordable!  Local, budget-friendly events allow multiple staff members to participate, and in turn they often work together to quickly implement what they have learned.  The staff loves the programming, and our learning community reaps such benefits from all that they take away; our membership in TCLC provides a fantastic return on the investment!”

“TCLC has greatly benefited our library staff and the students of our University through a sharing of knowledge, expertise, and resources. I regard the opportunity to gather locally for library staff development as one of the highlights of this organization. Cooperation is critical in meeting the many challenges that academic libraries face today and TCLC has sustained this cooperative spirit for over 45 years. Thank you TCLC!”
